Have questions about your SCAN benefits (prescription medications, eyeglasses, how to find a provider), please contact SCAN Member Services at 1-800-559-3500 (TTY: 711). SCAN Member Services hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., seven days a week, from Oct. 1 to Feb. 14. From Feb. 15 to Sept. 30, Member Services hours are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. Messages received on holidays and outside of regular business hours will be returned within one business day. You can also email us at MemberServices@scanhealthplan.com.
